Syrian Army Manages to Break Siege of Jisr Shughour Hospital
The Syrian army managed to break the siege imposed by the Takfiri terrorists on the National Hospital in Jisr al-Shughour in western Idleb province.
The soldiers managed to get out of the hospital after being trapped there since last April, official news agency SANA reported, adding that the operation was backed by airstrikes and artillery fire.Syrian army soldiers
“The force defending the national hospital of Jisr al-Shughour carried out today morning a tactical maneuver and managed to break the siege successfully,” a military source told SANA.
The agency noted that the soldiers carried their dead or injured fellow members as they headed to army posts in Idleb countryside.
Elsewhere in the countryside of the northeastern, the Syrian army units, backed by popular defense groups established full control over Tal Baroud village and al-Shaddadi-al-Houl intersection.
Sana reported that the army eliminated the last gatherings of the Takfiri group, ISIL, in Tal Baroud village bordering the main road that connects Hasaka and Abyad village in the southwestern countryside of Hasaka.
