Syrian Army rolls back terrorist gains in southern Aleppo

The terrorists of Fatah Halab launched the 3rd phase of their large-scale offensive in Aleppo City on Tuesday, targeting the Syrian government controlled Al-Ramouseh District in the southern sector of the provincial capital.
The offensive started off on the right foot for Fatah Halab, as their combatants managed to enter the Al-Ramouseh District from their positions at the Sadkop Garages after a successful tunnel bombing; however, this success proved to be limited, as they could not find any infiltration point to bypass the Syrian Arab Army’s defenses.
Following a long and gruesome battle, the jihadist rebels were forced to retreat from Al-Huwayz Hill and the nearby sawmills, leaving the Syrian Arab Army in full control of the Al-Ramouseh District.
