Syrian Army uncovers large weapons storage with anti-aircraft missiles

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) uncovered a large weapons storage in the southern part of Damascus this week.
According to reports from southern Damascus, the Syrian military discovered a secret underground storage that was filled with weapons near the town of Yalda.
The reports said the weapons included tank and mortar shells, RPG rounds, grenades, U.S.-made anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM), and anti-aircraft missiles (MANPADS).
The MANPADS were believed to have been seized by the Islamist rebels during the first years of the war.
