Syrian PM: We Won’t Allow Exploitation of Humanitarian Aid Deliveries
Syrian Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi said that his country won’t allow anyone in the world to use the human aid deliveries for attaining ”suspicious goals” or impingement upon national sovereignty, state-run SANA news agency reported.
During his meeting Sunday with the ”Lattakia…One Heart” gathering delegation, Halqi said the government is interested in consolidating the steadfastness of the Syrian people and ”providing aid and humanitarian assistance to all citizens who have been hit by terrorist acts.”
Syrian Premier underlined the role of civil gatherings based on time-honored traditions in providing humanitarian aid to the affected citizens and strengthening inter-communal ties for society to remain immune to ”social scourges,” in particular the Wahabi Takfiri thought.
Halqi highlighted the efforts of ”Lattakia…One Heart” gathering for strengthening national unity that coincide with an accelerating pace of national reconciliation all over Syria.
The delegation members stressed the necessity of addressing the files of the detainees and the kidnapped.
