Syrian President Assad Visits China in First Trip since 2004
In his first official visit to China in almost 20 years, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his First Lady, Asma al-Assad, arrived in the country today, Thursday. Their official visit was in response to an invitation from the Chinese President, Xi Jinping.
