Terrorists’ Strongholds Blown up by Syrian Army in Dara’a
Positions of terrorist groups in Dara’a city and its countryside were badly targeted in the Syrian army troops’ attacks.
The Syrian army men stormed terrorist groups’ gathering centers in al-Ghariyeh al-Gharbiyeh in Dara’a countryside, destroying their machinegun-equipped vehicles.
In the meantime, bases of Fatah al-Sham Front (newly formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as al-Nusra Front) in al-Hammadin neighborhood and al-Nazeheen camp in Dara’a al-Balad came under the heavy attacks of the Syrian army troops, leaving scores of militant dead or wounded.
Reports said earlier today that 256 ex-militants, who have laid down arms and surrendered to the army forces in recent days, were pardoned by the Syrian government officials in the Southern city of Dara’a and returned to normal life.
The pardoned militants were from the city of Dara’a and the towns of Izraa, al-Sanamain and al-Mesmiyeh.
