Three Iranian soldiers martyred in fresh border clashes
Three Iranian soldiers were killed last night after fresh border clashes with a group of militants in southeastern Iran.
According to a report from IRNA, a group of armed bandits killed three soldiers from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Basij Forces in the southeastern province Baluchistan.
Citing security officials, the IRNA report said that the Basij soldiers were killed during an ambush by the militants in the Baluchistan town of Mirjaveh.
The militants managed to escape after carrying out of the ambush and they are currently being pursued by the Iranian military.
