“UN officials condemn ‘israeli’ actions, asserting ‘children are not terrorists’”

Officials from the United Nations assigned to the fact-finding mission investigating alleged war crimes by the regime have categorically dismissed the claims it has presented in an effort to justify its continued actions against the Palestinian population.

During a United Nations briefing held on Wednesday, Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory members Miloon Kothari and Chris Sidoti issued statements addressing the situation.

In a pointed statement, Sidoti emphasized that “children are not terrorists,” criticizing the regime’s habitual labeling of all individuals in the enclave as such to justify its indiscriminate and lethal assaults on the coastal region.

According to official reports, authorities have alleged that the regime has been responsible for the deaths of at least 13,319 Palestinian children since October of the previous year, coinciding with the launch of what has been described as a genocidal campaign in Gaza.

Among the over 43,000 Palestinians who have lost their lives, the fatalities are attributed to the relentless military offensive.

Kothari has called on the regime’s ardent supporters to reconsider their military and political backing for the occupation, emphasizing the importance of adhering to international law. He urged them to “distinguish” between the occupier and the occupied in their approach.

On Wednesday, Francesca Albanese, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, called for a concerted international effort to prevent what she described as the “complete destruction” of Gaza.

She reiterated that there are “reasonable grounds” to believe the regime has been perpetrating acts of genocide in the coastal region.

She stated that the situation on the ground is dire and disturbing.

The official reported that the genocidal violence detailed in their initial account has spread and intensified across different regions of the occupied Palestinian territories.

In her report to the United Nations Security Council concerning the current conditions in Gaza, she concluded that the regime was committing acts of genocide against the Palestinian territory.

An official has raised doubts over the legitimacy of the regime’s entitlement to hold a seat at the United Nations.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has criticized the United States, labeling it as a significant “enabler” of Israel’s actions due to its substantial military assistance to the nation, which has amounted to tens of billions of dollars since the conflict began.

In response to recent comments, Danny Danon, the United Nations envoy for the regime, has demanded the resignation of the individual in question, labeling her as one of “the most anti-Semitic figures in modern history.” He further accused her of disseminating “baseless propaganda and lies.”

The United States has previously attempted to label the official with allegations of “anti-Semitism.”
