Sayyed Abdul Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement, reaffirmed on Thursday their firm commitment to retaliate against the Israeli attacks on Hodeidah port. He mentioned that preparations for the response are in progress and hinted that the reaction would catch the Zionist adversary off guard.

In his weekly televised address, Sayyed reiterated that Yemeni operations supporting Gaza against the Israeli conflict would persist, regardless of the obstacles created by the US, UK, and Zionist adversaries in the Red Sea, emphasizing the significant impact of these attacks.

Sayyed Houthi highlighted the video evidence of the Yemeni Armed Forces breaking into and setting ablaze the Greek ship SOUNION in the Red Sea. This action was taken in response to the vessel’s defiance of a ban on accessing the seaports of occupied Palestine as a gesture of support for Gaza.

The Yemeni Military Media published the video soon after Sayyed Houthi’s address.

Sayyed Houthi emphasized that the increased Zionist aggression in Gaza and the occupied West Bank calls for resilience and active resistance. He criticized certain Arab governments and the international community for their silence regarding the Israeli atrocities.

Sayyed Houthi emphasized that support for Hezbollah remains unwavering, praising the Islamic Resistance’s retaliation to the Zionist attack that resulted in the assassination of Commander Fuad Shokr during an airstrike in Beirut’s Dahiyeh.

The Yemeni leader also emphasized Iran’s acknowledgment of its reaction to the Israeli assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the former Hamas politburo chief, in Tehran.
