Yemen is not considered a typical adversary by ‘israel’: Zionist Analyst

An analysis conducted by an zionist newspaper highlights the increasingly complicated threat that Yemen poses to Israel, noting that the Yemeni situation is distinct and that they should not be regarded as a conventional adversary.

Yemeni rocket attacks on Israel on Saturday have heightened concerns within Tel Aviv and its security agencies, according to a Monday report by the Israeli newspaper Maariv. The strikes have intensified apprehensions about potential threats emanating from Yemen, as reported by Israel’s military and security authorities.

The military and security establishment has recognized the complexity of the situation in Yemen, with Maariv reporting that officials have described Yemen as “not an ordinary adversary.”

According to a report from Al Mayadeen, Maariv has indicated that overcoming Yemen presents significant difficulties.

A security source has indicated that Yemen presents a unique challenge for Israel, one which it has not previously encountered and is unprepared to address effectively.

Yemeni citizens have announced their unequivocal backing for Palestine in its ongoing conflict against Israeli occupation, following the Israeli government’s initiation of an intense military offensive on Gaza beginning October 7. This development came in response to an unexpected counterattack by Palestinian Resistance groups, known as Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, targeting the occupying Israeli forces.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced their intention to continue assaults until the ongoing Israeli military operations, both aerial and ground-based, in Gaza cease. These Israeli offensives have reportedly resulted in the deaths of at least 27,948 people and left an additional 67,459 individuals injured.

In December, the United States and the United Kingdom announced the formation of a military coalition aimed at targeting Yemen, as part of their support for Israel.
