Yemeni troops have carried out major retaliatory attacks against separate locations in southwestern Arabia, killing as many as 13 zionist Saudi regime forces.

Six of the fatalities occurred at the al-Fuaz military base in the Saudi region of Najran, Yemen’s al-Masirah television network reported on Sunday.

Yemeni forces also struck a military vehicle carrying three Saudi troops on their way to the Alib command post in the kingdom’s Asir region. Four more Saudi troopers died in another attack against the outpost.

The Yemeni Army and its allied Houthi fighters have been defending the nation against more than two years of Saudi aggression, launched to restore Yemen’s former Riyadh-allied government to power.

On Sunday, Yemen’s artillery units carried out mortar and rocket attacks against Saudi mercenaries in the Sirwah District of Ma’rib Province, inflicting unspecified losses on them.

Five militants supporting former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi also died in the same district after coming under army fire.

The Saudi invasion has killed thousands of Yemeni civilians and destroyed the country’s vital infrastructure.

Sirwah and the Attan area in the neighboring Sana’a Province came under Saudi bombardment earlier Sunday.

Saudi forces also carried out mortar raids against the Al Sheikh and Al Omar areas of the Monabbih District in the northern Yemen Sa’ada Province.
