Yemeni Hezbollah seizes large district near Saudi border
The Houthi forces, Yemeni Hezbollah, launched a unique operation in northern Yemen’s Al-Jawf Governorate on Thursday, targeting a large district controlled by the Saudi-backed Hadi loyalists.
According to the official media wing of the Houthi forces, their troops launched a big attack on the Al-Moton District of Al-Jawf in a bid to advance to expel the the Hadi loyalists from more areas inside the province.
The Houthi forces would impose full control over the Al-Moton District after killing scores of Saudi-backed troops on Thursday.
The operation, which was carried out at the Mazwiah front, led to the full control of this imperative front, and consequently completing the district’s capture.
