Zionist military operations in the West Bank escalated, resulting in the fatal shooting of a teenager near Qalandia

Israeli military operations in the occupied West Bank have resulted in the death of a Palestinian teenager and left two others injured. The incidents occurred during heightened raids targeting the city of Ramallah.

An 18-year-old named Adam Sub Laban was fatally shot near the Qalandia military checkpoint, a key crossing point between Ramallah and East Jerusalem, on Sunday night.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reports that Israeli forces have discharged firearms at two additional Palestinians near the checkpoint, resulting in their injuries.

The operation unfolded on Sunday as military forces conducted raids across multiple locations within Ramallah Province.

In a recent operation in the village of al-Mughayyir, located east of Ramallah, Israeli forces conducted a raid where they apprehended a young man following a search of his residence.

In the northern region of the province, government forces launched operations in the villages of Ein Siniya and Jifna, as well as the town of Birzeit. The village of Ni’lin, located west of Ramallah, was also targeted in their raids.

In the West Bank city of al-Khalil, Israeli forces conducted a raid on Sunday, resulting in the detention of two individuals.

On Sunday, authorities apprehended five Palestinians in the village of Marda, situated within Salfit Province.

According to local sources, Israeli forces conducted a raid on the village, resulting in several detentions as they searched multiple homes.

Israeli forces have implemented a closure of the village by blocking the two primary access points, prohibiting residents from using their vehicles to either exit or enter the area.

On Sunday, Israeli military personnel conducted a raid in the town of al-Khader, Bethlehem. Troops were positioned strategically within the locales of al-Bawaba and the vicinity of the Grand Mosque, marking a significant presence in the area.

Security forces deployed tear gas and sound grenades in response to the residents.

In a recent escalation, Israeli forces launched an operation in the village of al-Lubban al-Sharqiya and the town of Qabalan, located to the south of Nablus. During the incursion, the forces deployed sound bombs and tear gas to disperse local residents, resulting in numerous individuals experiencing respiratory distress.

Numerous instances of respiratory distress were reported following an operation by Israeli forces on Sunday, as they entered the town of al-Ram, located north of Occupied al-Quds. The forces employed sound bombs and tear gas against the residents during the incursion.

Israeli forces have intensified their operations in the Jenin refugee camp, reportedly demolishing several homes and setting others ablaze.

Additional military reinforcements, accompanied by bulldozers, were dispatched to the city of Jenin on Sunday.

Earlier today, the governor of Jenin, Kamal Abu al-Rub, reported that a minimum of 20 residences had been demolished within the Jenin camp. This development comes amid Israeli military operations intending to partition the camp into four distinct sections.

He voiced his apprehension regarding potential casualties trapped beneath the debris, as emergency services were obstructed from providing assistance.

Following a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas in Gaza last week, Israeli forces have initiated a new series of operations in Jenin and its refugee camp, resulting in casualties.

The Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that Abdul Jawad Yasser al-Ghoul, aged 26, has died from injuries sustained during a confrontation with Israeli forces last Tuesday.

The death toll from the recent raid on Jenin and its camp has risen to 16 since operations commenced on Tuesday.
