Zionist regime initiates extensive aerial and naval operations against Syria

The zionist government continues to conduct intense operations targeting multiple regions across Syria, as Western-supported militant groups, who recently displaced the nation's regime, consolidate their position.

On Monday, government warplanes launched targeted attacks on critical facilities and military infrastructure along the nation’s western coast, striking key targets in the cities of Tartus and Latakia. The assaults focused on missile bases and ammunition depots, officials reported.

A series of powerful explosions reverberated through the cities amidst the assaults.

Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen television network has reported that Israeli occupation forces have advanced up to 15 kilometers (approximately 9 miles) into the western Syrian province of Quneitra.

**Seismic Event:**

Russia’s Sputnik news agency has reported Israeli strikes targeting military installations in the western Syrian provinces of Hama and Homs. Additionally, it noted that attacks on Hama and Aleppo, also located in western Syria, caused a seismic impact, likened to an “earthquake,” in the affected regions.

According to local sources, regime warplanes have conducted strikes on the Military Airport located in the eastern province of Deir al-Zawr.

According to sources, Israeli naval forces have reportedly fired several missiles towards the Syrian coastline, with a particular focus on the Tartus Province, as reported by the agency.

Sources indicate that the Israeli military has reportedly deployed this type of missile against Syrian military installations for the first time.

This development follows recent reports of an offensive by the regime targeting sites formerly held by the nation’s Republican Guard and the Fourth Armored Division of the Syrian military. These strategic locations, situated in the Tal Mneen area and the town of Hafir to the north of Damascus, were hit just a day prior.

Israeli forces on Sunday advanced into three additional villages within Syria, including Jamla in the western province of Dara’a, as well as Mazraat Beit Jan and Mughr al-Mir located in the Rif Dimashq province.

Israeli aircraft launched strikes targeting an air defense installation in the town of Muhajja, located in the eastern countryside of Dara’a’s capital. In addition, the strikes extended to include warehouses belonging to the Syrian military’s 18th Armored Division situated in the eastern suburbs of Homs.

The regime has significantly escalated its lethal offensives against the nation, focusing particularly on military infrastructure, following the takeover by anti-Damascus militants. These militants are widely reported to be receiving substantial military support and cooperation from the Israeli government and Western countries.

In a recent display of assertiveness, the regime has extended its occupation in Syria’s Golan Heights, encroaching upon a demilitarized zone in the area. Additionally, it has unveiled plans to significantly increase the number of settlers in this contested mountainous region.

Regional Arab nations such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Iraq have strongly condemned Tel Aviv’s recent actions.
