Zionist sergeant fatally wounded, soldier critically injured amid fierce encounters with Palestinian resistance forces in northern Gaza

The Israeli military has confirmed the death of a sergeant and reported that another soldier is critically injured following intense clashes with Palestinian resistance forces in the northern Gaza Strip.

A spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a sergeant from the 9th Battalion of the 401st Armored Brigade has been killed during the ongoing military operations in the region.

In another development, a soldier from the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion suffered critical injuries. The Palestinian Resistance intensified its counter-offensive efforts, claiming responsibility for targeting two Merkava tanks and demolishing a building occupied by Israeli forces in northern Gaza.
